[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.87; wrapping and footnote coloring

to produce a minimal sample file showing the problem and include it
in your report.

I think wrapping (M-q) does not work properly when there is ~\footnote{}
in a paragraph. In the case that there is more than one line inside
footnote's curly brackets, the first line of the footnote retains its
differentiated coloring but the lines thereafter get the regular text 
coloring.
