[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.87; TeX-evince-sync-view fails for filenames whose names contain spaces

to produce a minimal sample file showing the problem and include it
in your report.

More generally, the filename needs to be URL-escaped before being passed
to DBus. The following code does that. First, a utility function (as
url-util's url-hexify-string also escapes slashes, which we don't want):
