[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.86; menu function undocumented

I did C-h k, then selected the "Use XeTeX Engine" menu item.
Rather than getting a link to the source code, a meaningful command name, and 
some documentation, the self-documenting editor produced the output below.

Presumably, the menu is automatically generated, and documentation of the 
commands is ignored / not passed into the menu bar map.
