[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.85; French quotation marks used in a German manner

Hello!

Launching GNU Emacs 24.0.50 with -Q and executing in *scratch* buffer

        (load "auctex.el" nil t t)

shows one bug more in AUCTeX mode when I have loaded a (La)TeX file:

In GNU Emacs' own tex-mode the final « is not marked up in font-latex- 
warning-face:

A bug report on this faulty behaviour of tex-mode is already sent,  
pointing also to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quotation_mark,_non-English_usage
