[Bug-AUCTeX] 1184; AUCTeX hangs when reformating lines in dtx mode

Loading the enclosed file text.dtx will open it in doctex-mode. M-q  
(bound to fill-paragraph) does not terminate.

Forcefully terminating it with C-g shows the stack trace below, which  
leads me to believe that `LaTeX-fill-paragraph' is at fault.
The buffer shows that lines are inserted indefinitely with the  
comment sign % in them.

I received the bug report attached at the end from Aquamacs user  
Morten Høgholm <address@hidden>. I could reproduce the  
issue on my system.
