[Bug-AUCTeX] rel-0-9-1; open drawing program (eg xfig) for figures in preview-latex

It is interesting to have a mouse option to open xfig (or another
drawing program) when we see a figure. 

It is a similar feature from x-symbol. I tried to use the solution
from

But without success. This code add an item to the mouse-3 menu but
does not open xfig, I do not know why!
