[Bug-AUCTeX] contribution packages

This is not a bug, but who find their old build scripts don't work 
anymore, this should help you edit your scripts without worry.

So we don't have to do the:
    make contrib
or
    make install-contrib        

anymore.

Reason: The previously supplied contributed items, for
bibliographies and Japanese text have been incorporated into the main 
body of the code.
