[PATCH 3/5] glr2.cc: use references to the stack rather than pointers |

Now that the lookahead macros (that used yystackp) are out of the way,
there is no reason to continue using a pointer.
* data/skeletons/glr2.cc: Use yystack, a reference, rather that
yystackp, a pointer.
Fix tons of const-correctness issues.
