[PATCH 0/3] {maint} api.location.type

This feature is already in Bison since 2.5, but for some reason
it has never been documented.  Since there is also a cleanup in
the naming scheme for our variables, the former name is not
documented, but just maintained for backward compatibility.

Waiting for comments, then pushing.
