Your question is not very clear, and you should know that

Yet, there should be no such issues.  Bison is not doing any kind of  
network business, and it's used on a large base of architecture, with  
both endianness.  If you need more, feel free to audit the code, since

Do not hope for any kind of support for such ancient versions of these  
tools.  The documentation might still be in Latin.  I'm not even sure  
you'll find a compliant abacus to run then.
