(-b, -g): New options.
This change, and following one were really helpful to bench various changes. There is one feature that is still missing: the ability to specify different "bison": it can be very useful to check two versions with their own muscles and skeletons etc. It is uncommon that two distant versions of one skeleton work with a single bison binary.
