comments in the generated files.
We do have the <filename> element inside <bison-xml-report>
and also the following rule in xml2xhtml.xsl:
<xsl:template match="bison-xml-report">
<h1>GNU Bison XML Automaton Report</h1>
<p>
input grammar: <span class="i"><xsl:value-of select="filename"/></
span>
</p>
...
which produces "input grammar: foo.y" at the top of the HTML document.
