Thanks.  It looks fine to me except for a couple of nits....

changes.  Thus, to make it easy to locate this change, it should read:

        * doc/bison.texinfo (Decl Summary): Adjust the %define entry according
        to above behavior.

I find that it's always easy to figure out what node I'm in if I just 
reverse search for address@hidden' from the editing position.
