Unlink GPL from bison.texinfo

Subject: Unlink GPL from bison.texinfo

Hi,

        I would unlink GPL from bison.texinfo, so I've download from GNU
web site the `gpl.texi', and I include it in the `bison.texinfo' file
(after deleting the GPL mentions from bison.texinfo). I don't know, if
this is a good idea ? and I've a doubt about use of autoconf and automake
to generate configure file.
