[Bino-list] Massive restructuring: please test

Hi all,

I pushed a massive restructuring of the internals of Bino.

This is required as a base for several new features that are planned for
the future (playlists, NVIDIA 3D Vision support, alternating left/right
video output, control socket for scripts, and more).

It also simplifies some parts of the code, especially the GUI. More
than 600 lines of code were removed without removing functionality.

However, such a massive change probably introduced bugs. Please test
and add entries to the bug tracker if something is broken.
