Hi Pooyan,
On the matter of the Farsi digits instead of the Latin ones, there is an
option for "Mapping" in the ptx2pdf / XeTeX print dialog, which should
be set to "farsidigits.tec". But this file may not be installed on your
computer, and if it is installed it is may not be easy to find it.
Therefore there is help about that in the Questions section at
http://sites.google.com/site/bibledit/.
Then coming to the heading still written in Latin script. It may be
helpful to check out the \h and related USFM styles in Bibledit's online
help, the USFM section. If you would put Farsi text in the \h heading, I
think that everything should be fine.
I'm glad to hear that you've come so far and trust you'll get to a
perfect Arab printout soon.
Teus.
