The ~/.bibledit foilder contains a lot of stuff which should not be seen or altered by a user. On the other side it houses the exported sword module, PDF prints, osis files etc. I think a separation should happen - user stuff should be out and visible, internal stuff should remain in a hidden file.
I personally strongly dislike programmes which clutter my home directory with stuff which is irrelevant for me, Settings, internal storage and temp files are clearly of that category

Betreff: [be] The bibledit data folder
Hi,
Currently the bibledit-gtk data folder is ~/.bibledit. In words: "dot bibledit in the home directory". Since this dot makes the folder invisible to most users, I am thinking about making it visible by renaming it to something normally visible. I thought to discuss this if there are any ideas about this, pros and cons?
Teus.
