Details:

BE 4.0.4 often has to be told three times that I want to shift locations. I
click in the next verse, and several windows make as if to change, but then
the focus returns to the previous verse. The next time I click on the verse I
want, the focus shifts to that verse, but there is no cursor. The third time I
click, the cursor appears.
