Details:

The book id for Greek Esther, or additions to Esther, is ESG in Bibledit but
it is ADE in Sword.  This results in some incompatibility between the two.  

As far as I am aware, it is also ADE in GoBible also, but I'm not certain on
that.  

It may be worth changing from ESG to ADE.
