Details:

Sometimes BE 4.0.01 gets in a loop where it unceasingly cycles through the
open windows. The title bar of the program flashes the names of the open
projects. And the verse number in the address bar was shifting between verse 0
and verse 17.

Another thing that is sort of broken is the clicking on footnote numbers.
This often does not cause BE to show the footnote.
