Problem:

Did you have version 3.9 for Windows somewhere? I downloade the
one at
http://buildbot.biblesint.org/builds/bibledit-win32-5be8073216236d37c431a71f496bbbec179a9f5a.zip,
but when running i586-pc-mingw32msvc-bibledit.exe, it says that libexpat.dll
was
not found. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution:

try renaming libexpat-1.dll to libexpat.dll  That should do it.

This worked.

Could this be renamed in the package? Else it would be difficult for the
users to find this.

Secondly, would it be possible to supply an installer? People then only need
to run the installer, then entries will be put in the start menu and/or the
desktop, and they click on it, and it goes.
