Details:

All the local resources should move to a Sword frontend.

All internet based resources can remain as these are now. No local storage
anymore. The Sword frontends do a better job in displaying local resources
than Bibledit can do.

This means that we should be able to import the current resources into USFM,
then export as a Sword module.
