Information about this is in the USFM standard.
>From Bibledit's help menu, choosing USFM, then in the USFM standard, going to
Introduction / Syntax notes, it can be seen that the majority of translation
projects use no endnote markers, as described there. Bibledit therefore
removes any endnote markers it finds.
It is a feature, not a bug.
The publisher, if he uses software that adheres to the USFM standard, will
have no problems with removing the endmarkers.
