Follow-up Comment #2, bug #27571 (project bibledit):

This problem I think is an example of the need for a remote-syncable project
notes system.

Rather than require users to backup the binary blob that is a sqlite db, why
not serialize the contents of it in such a way that Git can resolve changes?
