[be] [task #8929] history pull-down and remembering moves

Follow-up Comment #9, task #8929 (project bibledit):

The history list no longer goes off the screen if it is long. The dialog will
now automatically be scaled to fit within the height of the screen.

The following remains of this task: That double clicking the history entry
would work.
