Details:

The resources need to be available in usfm code, so that it can be included
with the parallel bible.
Such available resources, not yet opened in a project, are visible when doing
Ctrl-O, under the "Dormant" tab.
When a dormant resource is opened, it converts it into usfm, if needed, and
then opens it in a new project.
This needs to be implemented for all source languages now available, e.g.
KJV, and whatever is imported from BibleWorks.
