Details:

On the right click menu, there is the Spelling suggestions button, and one
needs to open that second menu to add a word to the dictionary.

It seems I have lots of words I need to add to the dictionary! It would be
helpful if the Add X to the dictionary button was right under the Spelling
Suggestions button. I would not remove the link from the Spelling suggestions
menu, but just add it on the first Right click menu.

By the way, when I click to add a word, often the word does not change from
being red-underlined. I have to do the whole process a second time! It seems
to me that it works more often if I click precisely on the center of the green
plus. Is there a way to make it so that they click area extends farther toward
the margins of the menu entry?
