Follow-up Comment #3, bug #27228 (project bibledit):
If the project is called "test", then you would connect to a dictionary
called "Project test Shared Dictionary". Then to select this dictionary, and
to "Edit" it. In the dialog for editing it, you can choose button "Import
from" "File", then to import the file that you have.
I notice a (minor) bug here, and this is that the "Edit" button is always
active, even if no dictionary has been chosen.
