Details:

This morning, after booting my computer and not having run BE yet, I get the
error message that Bibledit is already running.

What is running is my Rebu kkoncepts offsite back up, and I think it is
processing my .bibledit/projects folder currently. But I am surprised if a
backup script would result in this error.
