Would it be possible to do 2 packages? Full Bibledit and Bibledit lite - without the resources - and be clear what's missing?  Another idea would be that if the resources are going to remain fairly static then it would be nice to only have to download them once, instead of for every update.

I've downloaded 11MB on Indian dialup before.  It's not great, but it's not terrible.  It takes about an hour. http://www.numion.com/Calculators/Time.html
