cleanup
depends upon program chmsee in order to view the future USFM documentation
docs were updated for chmsee requirement
documentation was updated that describes how to use the
/usr/share/bibledit/template.odt template
no scripts are used anymore to start the 'bibledit' binary
cleanup
obsolete installation information was removed
