Details:

In the good old days, the Online Bible could export a whole Bible or
commentary in one go. But trying this out in the newer versions, it only
exports part of a Bible or book. Last time it didn't export any chunk of text
beyond a total of 32 kb.

For importing resources from the Online Bible, other methods are to be used.

Reading on the internet, it looks like the Online Bible provides an interface
for other programs to connect to. Resources should be available through this
interface. ZionWorx uses this.

The Online Bible Europe was asked for details of this interface.
