Follow-up Comment #2:
I had a look at the file, but the input file is not valid USFM. In Bibledit,
this can be seen through menu Check / Markers / Validate.
Since the input USFM is not valid, the output is not guaranteed to be correct
OSIS, which is the case in this example.
I'd recommend fixing the USFM file, then trying again.
This is one of the problems why no Sword module can be created out of this.
Apart from this there may be another problem, and that could be in the Sword
library itself. I remember having seen the problems that even from perfectly
valid USFM code, no good sword module could be created. But upgrading the
Sword library to the version that is in svn fixed that problem.
