Ideas:

Scrivener Greek New Testament
Lexicons.

Importing from a file, or downloading a site from the web,
or data from BibleWorks. 

This might require a fresh approach to the parallel Bible printing. so that
also Resources can be included in the parallel Bible.

We may have to put everything in html first, then print from html,
using more standard tools.

The blueletterbible.org does have Thayer's lexicon online, and Bibledit
should have access to that as a Lexicon.
