Details:

When Bibledit prints, it uses a template pdf file, and then seems to add the
printed pages to it. I work on Bibledit now, so it's easy for me to find the
PDF file and customize it for use, but it might be nice to add to the help
file a blurb about how to customize this.

If this is already in help, and I've missed it, please let me know.
