Follow-up Comment #6:

This is a request for information. It is directed to those who are involved
in the process of standardizing the OXES specification.

The question is:

Which bits of OXES are now stable?

OXES support is due to be implemented in Bibledit. But before doing that I'd
like to be ensured and shown that the standard is not going to change after
implementation. If the standard is still unstable, I'd prefer to wait till it
has stabilized.
