Details:

A new GUI for selecting Bibles.

We need to adapt places where parallel_bible_projects is called, so it only
gets the enabled ones. A routine may have to do this, because it might be
called several times at different place.

Apply it to other areas, find out which, e.g. "verses", these may have to go
through the Preferences so as to save screen space.
