Details:

I know USFM is documented elsewhere on the Internet, and I know the Bibledit
docs have some discussion of USFM codes, but it would be wonderful if an
alphabetized directory of all USFM codes was included with Bibledit, so that
the end-user without Internet access can understand what each code is used
for, including an example of the proper usage.

Even better would be to have the USFM codes click-able in the USFM editing
view. Maybe right-click to go to the documentation or usage page.
