Details:

When doing a search, and going through the list of references with F6, if the
verse is down in the chapter, it does not usually scroll the verse onto screen
till such time that the user moves the cursor. 

It needs a timer element that scrolls the cursor on screen several times,
before stopping. Let's say after a new scrolling command is given, internally,
then to repeat that several times to ensure it scrolls onto the screen, and
then to stop.
