Follow-up Comment #1:

I tried to reproduce this bug in the following way:

Open two text windows.
Notice that verse 4 has its number right at the very end of a line.
Move to verse 3 -> ok.
Move to verse 4 -> ok.
Move to verse 5 -> ok.
Move back to verse 4 -> ok.

Hence I am not able to reproduce this bug, sorry about that.

Closing this bug.

I do remember, thought, that in a previous version of Bibledit it behaved
like that. However since the verse tracking mechanism has changed in the
latest versions in git, it might have happened that this bug was resolved
along.
