Follow-up Comment #1:

I tried those links, and these work. Clicking on Download bring one to
information that this is in the installation section. Clicking on the
installation section gives a list of distributions for which Bibledit can be
installed. Then choosing a distribution, and reading through it, there is
another link to "Install Bibledit". That page gives the actual download
location.
