Follow-up Comment #7:

I had forgotten to mention that Bibledit comes with a graphical stylesheet
editor. Hence there is no need to edit stylesheets by hand. Actually it is
recommended to use the graphical stylesheet editor, as that introduces less
errors than editing it by hand. I therefore discourage editing by hand.
