Details:

Intelligent handling of (Shift-)Ctrl-Tab so that pressing any of these the
focus intelligently moves from one widget to the other. We may need to grab
the Ctrl-Tab and the Shift-Ctrl-Tab so as to make these accelerators in each
and every window.
