[be] [bug #25260] cursor moving does not always update other programs or windows

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #25260 (project bibledit):

I noticed this same problem last night specifically when I have 2 Bible texts
open.  Click on a different verse in the inactive Bible text.  The current
verse doesn't update.  

If you scroll down in the inactive window and pick a verse, then the current
verse  updates.
