Details:

Process bibledit-git takes far too many resources, this should be reduced
greatly. 

And bibledit-bin too takes too much of the resources, and should be reduced
too. 

Wonder whether the signal processing system of Linux can be of help here. 

In that case bibledit signals bibledit-git when a new task is available, and
bibledit-git signals bibledit-bin if the task has been processed. In case
signals could be missed, we need to check once in a while even if no signal
was received.
