Follow-up Comment #6, bug #24738 (project bibledit):

The display of the Farsi numbers (or indeed any localizations) has been
defined in the USFM standard.

For the chapter, the marker cp should be used, e.g.
c 2
cp ۲

Will need to check whether the cp marker, and the verse equivalent, work
properly in bibledit.

Despite this already being implemented in the USFM standard, I'll also
implement the "automatic" version that uses a numeral localizations file. Just
to make things easier for the user. It is quite tiresome to modify the more
than 1000 c <x> places. It is easier to just write a language localization
once and for all.
