Details:

Bibledit takes a long time to shift between locations. If moving from the
middle of one book to the middle of another (three separate move commands),
and then somewhere else (three separate move commands, waiting for windows to
catch up each time)... At times one would like to go back directly to a
location that was several moves back. It may be too far back to conveniently
use the back button.

How about these two changes:
1. Make a pull-down history button (perhaps between the forward and back
arrows). Then one could just choose a location that was 11 moves back and go
directly there.
2. Make BE remember the position in the book that was last accessed. If one
left Romans at 6:23 and went to Ephesians, when again choosing Romans, one
would be taken back to 6:23 rather than to chapter 1 verse 1.
