Details:

Printing from bibledit in Farsi results in three problems

1) The columns are sorted from left to right, i.e. the wrong way round

2) Embedded chapter numbers are on the left side of a column

3) chapter and verse numbers are in Western numbers, not using Farsi glyphs.
