Details:
Merge prerequests two projects in same window.
After merging is done, the edited project is marked as active (title bar is
blue) but the cursor is in the master project (and can be moved around there.
And it is not possible to move from the master to the edited project by the
Goto hotkeys Shift+Alt+Right/Left. You have to move to the master project
first (by hotkey), and then you can move to the edited project (also by
hotkey).
