Details:
In the new stylesheet, the "superscript" property in the stylesheet is enough
to both raise the letter and to set the new font size, and make it slightly
heavier. To remove the font size property altogether, so as to make things
easier. If users wish more control, they can do the manual conversion routine.
Footnotes don't need superscript, except for the caller in the text. The
footnotes themselves just use the same characters for both caller in note and
note text itself.
Suggestion: change size of verse number to around 70% of normal font.
Top of verse number should be even with top of capital T.
Check some Bibles to compare to see if this is correct.

The superscript should also show in the editor.
